I had ordered cake and greeting card to be delivered on 18 june 2017. Till now they have not delivered anything. When i connected to their customer team, they said sorry order can't be delivered as the location is far away. Then why did they take my order. Customer care representative was not responding properly, he is saying for refund finance team will call in 48-72 hours. Cheaters, why did they take order if it can't be delivered and why can't they process refund within 24 hours.
