Flaberry.com — Non delivery of flowers at the last moment

I had placed an order on Flaberry.com at 11:30 am through order no:[protected] . At 6:30 pm I received a call from their side that bouquet would not be delivered since the location is far from Bangalore. My concern is that their approach was full of lethargy, they informed me at the last moment that bouquet would not be delivered, had they informed prior I would have arranged delivery through different website .
After that when I asked that why did they take so long to inform, I got a lame reply that they were trying!!! When I asked for higher authority they said there is no one whom you can speak to!
Very blunt, pathetic and irresponsible approach they had towards me.
