Flaberry.com — Non delivery of order placed

I had placed an order with flaberry.com vide order no [protected]-86 dated aug 10, 2016 for an amount of rs. 999.00 to be delivered at the following address on 14th august 2016 after duly confirming from their customer executive.

Till date they did not deliver the order and on 14th morning they were stating their inability to deliver due to which i had a lot of problems..
I request you to take stern action against these online companies which make false promises and try to cheat the consumers.
