Dear team,
I m very dissapointed with ur service.
Plz refund my money...
Ur sender boy only communicate with ph call receiver is not there with communication address on that time.
Then ur customer care executive call me for and told me that if i want to resend flowers... Then i give 150/- he told me that he will send me a link to pay this extra money. He didn't send me link. When receiver going to ur office for taking flowers sender not giving him flowers and told that the order was cancelled... Really very dissapointed moment for me... I don't expected to ur company... Plz refund my money...
