I had ordered for a bouquet of flowers for mother's day but it still has not been delivered. They don't have a direct contact number.how does one contact them. They better refund by money. They have a order status number but every time u call them it says your order is being processed right now. The whole day passed and there is no other response from them.

I had placed an order for a ckae on 13th May on the occassion of mother's day. They were supposed to deliver a cake between 6pm to 10 pm. I received the cake after 10 pm. The cake was delivered in a very poor condition. It was melted. The cake was even distorted and spoil.
