Flaberry.com — order did not delivered and when looking for the current status it is coming payment not received

Hi I am Bani
N I placed an order n mah order no is[protected] of flowers and chocolates for mah friend but till now mah order is not delivered n when I am trying to contact the customer care or the executives to knw about mah order no response infct whn trying to see d current status it is coming no order exists from this order no
Even amount tooo is deducted from mah account
N even I have proofs too for the payment I made
N now when em calling them for refund no response
This kind of there behaviour is so unprofessional n unethical
Kindly see to mah complaint n reply back asap or else I wl file a case against uh
