Worst service and customer support, i have encountered. My first order (Order no.[protected], amount rs 1049) was to be delivered on 5th august. I got a mail from customer service that the order can't be delivered, because of geographical location even though i had confirmed the location through pin verification in their portal. When i asked for refund, i got the reply that full amount can't be refunded and part of it will go into flaberry cash and they said if i order chocolate instead of flowers, it will be delivered on time. So i ordered chocolates (Order no.[protected] on 9th august and provided them sufficient time to deliver on 15th august and paid extra rs 299 for delivery. I didn't get any communication from them and my order status was in process. After delivery time on 15th august, i got a mail from customer support that your order can't be delivered, because of geographical location.
I just want my money refunded and warn others about flaberry. Was this information helpful? |
