Order was given with online full payment to be delivered on 14th FEB on the occasion of Anniversary of my Aunt.
They have not delivered on the occasion and neither have apologised and refunded the amount.
Now an unable to reach them even after trying a 100 times through phone, online chat and email.

I have tried at all their numbers:[protected],[protected] and also [protected].
wrote email to customer service and also to the admin.

When tried to contact them using contact us in website, you get the error - Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later.

First they said, we will give only store credit for future use.(they don't ask you sorry or let you know why the order was delivered, they care none about you) they even asked if they can give partial refund and remaining as store credits. after a month of follow ups, negotiations, they have refunded full amount on 03/14 for order missed on 02/14.

Flaberry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sri harish pilla After repeated emails, they respond giving store credits for future re-ordering. when the first time has not got delivered without a valid reason which idiot would want to order again. and when asked for a full refund instead of silly store credits, they stopped responding again.
