Flaberry.com — order of cake and flowers... not processed despite complete payment online

I ordered flowers and cakes on 28th feb 2018 to deliver it on the same day in nabinagar, aurangabad, bihar. Based on my choice of flowers and location the price was inr 1268 which i paid online.

But neither i got the delivery nor any call or contact

I contacted customer care several times. I mailed to customer care

I went with online chat... But nothing happened.

My deliveries have not happened and the lady who is supposed to deliver the flowers is very rude and arrogant. Spoilt my whole surprise and flaberry is not even responding
