I placed an order for redmi note 5 pro from flip kart on 15th and i received defective item, all incoming calls and out going calls are flipping/chopping/breaking with any mobile network. Also i noticed charger pin problem while inserting for charging. I haven't get any resolution from the seller. Still this handset was with in replacement policy and i have a right to get replacement or refund, but seller/flip kart teams are not insisting me for to do so. Raised return request numerous times from flip kart site but with out intimating me or calling me they simply cancelling the ticket. When the product is under replacement policy why tech visit is required. Tech support people always supporting seller side and they are not insisting with the genuine issues and resolution. Don't they think about customer rights to get replacement or refund in case of defective items. I need support on this please. Was this information helpful? | |||||
