Flashstar Commerce — very late delivery

I ordered my product on 12th October 2019 during the flash sale.. And the expected date to ship was 19/10/19 and it is suppose to be delivered on 21/10/19..
Why is it taking so long to ship? The company hasn't even packed the order.
the order still remains there with the status "the seller is processing your order"..
Now am worrying because I already paid the money through card.
Never experienced such thing in my 4 years of shopping with Flipkart..
Flashstar commerce is not at all up to the mark in delivering items

Come on guys!!
