[Resolved] Flex Enterprises — cheated online by flex enterprises | |
On 26th July I received a message for data entry work from home and I replied to that message, beacuse I thought it was genuine and they take my Aadhar for address proof and sign also and they aggrement, but on the same I randomly searched for flex enterprises, and then I was shocked because there is only complaints abou flex enterprises and I understood it is fake. Next day I call them and told them to cancel my aggrement and not provide user id and password, but they said u have signed the aggrement and i[censored] cancel the aggrement then you have to pay the cancellation amount and maintenance charged also. So I started work according to their process and complete the work before the 6th August. And today one lady call me and said I am advocate Pooja Sharma and I have legal case against you, because you haven't do your work properly and I told her that I want my work report but she denied and said that you have signed the aggrement now you have to pay the money, if you will not pay then you have to appear in court and police will go to your house for arrest you. And after some some another girl call me from flex enterprises and asking me for money and I said no to her and she started abusing to me and start threatened me and told me that I will make a case in which you get life time jail. They called me again and again and I blocked all the numbers of them. And they are sending me mail also regarding case. So please it's a request just do something they are threatening me for money an case. I am attaching all the screenshot of that I received Company mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com And from which I have received legal case pdf email id [protected]@gmail.com Pooja Sharma email id adv.pooja.sharma.[protected]@gmail.com And their numbers are Helpline No- [protected] / [protected]. One more thing I notice in my aggrement and all the aggrement who complaints on consumer complaints regarding flex enterprises those all aggrement are of same date and with same number. I hope Apne flex enterprises ko koi payment nhi ki h..
Ye log fraud h, bs paise lutna jante h, or Kuch log inke chakkar me faske paise de b dete h, so I hope Apne abi tk paise nhi diye honge or dena b mt glti se.
Ek chij aap Apne aggrement pe notice kr Skte ho ki Jo aggrement h wo back date Ka aggrement h or wo b 2018, or jab aggrement hi Sahi hi nhi h, real nhi h to inka Kam kaise Sahi ho skta ?
Ye apko call krke Baar Baar dhamki denge case ki or legal procedure or jail ki
Bt unki baat mt Sunna or inko Ulta bolna
Or Jo ye bolo inke opposite bolna bs..
Khud phn krna bnd kr denge..
Ye bs apko drate h
But in real ye apke against Kuch nhi kr Skte
Bs apko darane ke liye mail krenge
Or Jo inka advocate hota h wo b jhutha hi hota h, koi real advocate nhi hota h.
So just don't worry .
And don't pay anything to them.
They're fraudsters.

I also signed up for a similar company called Elite Intrrnational, I just wanted to check if these work from home companies are really genuine or not. But ofcourse they are not and now asking me to pay 7999 INR penalty for retrieving my User ID. But I asked them to send me legal notice along with the Agreement. I think they won't do that.
