I saw the advertisement of data entry job on social media and forwarded the details to them saying i am interested to do the job. I received a call back from them and they told me about the agreement which is there on some mobile application. When they asked me to digitally sign the agreemnt i put on just my name and not the legally valid signatures. The agreement was about completing 100% (1500 forms) in 10 days with 90% accuracy (1350 forms correct). If i default, i will be charged rs 4500, else they will pay me rs 20 per form which amounts to rs 30, 000. I completed the work on time and checked the work twice. I have screenshots of all the work done by me. They have found out some stupid mistaked which are not even legible. It is actually a fake error in there system which is why they said that my 207 forms are incorrect.
Now associate advocate vedaant desai is calling me to pay rs 4500 or else they will file a suit against me. The emailid of this advocate is [protected]@gmail.com. He is harrassing me for paying the amount. Please help, i am unemployed i cannot pay any money.in fact i have spent 10 days working on the same and as a breach of contract they owe me rs 30, 000. I want my money and instead want this company to be sealed. Please help me.
