I have shared my product via courier for claiming a warranty and they have replaced and sent me the product. But till the day i have not received my product - receiving responses from their end as wait for 24 hrs like that for the past 2 weeks. I have mentioned the scenario with date for clear understanding in receiving my products. 20-aug-2019- i have refused in receiving my product from ecom - express (Thought of some other product) 21-aug-2019 - only i received an sms from harman jbl - that my headphone was shared via ecom service (As i am not aware of that before) 23-aug-2019- i have called harman jbl for knowing my product status. (Wait for 24 hrs) 27 aug-2019 - got my tracking number and contact ecom service (Same day booked a reschedule of order from ecom express) from 23 aug - 30-aug i have tried both jbl and ecommexpress for receiving my product. No response from them. 1.09.2019 - suddenly harman locked my product from delivery. 03.09.2019- ecomexpress says - "if harman release the lock they will deliver it to me" harman says -"06.09.2019 they will resend the product back to me" tired of keep on following these peoples for receiving my product
