It has been a pathetic experience with Flight XP, Ticket book on 19 feb 2020 for travel on 0 May 2020, even after many follow ups result same
My ticket got cancelled and amount been refunded by airlines AirIndia on 31 Jan 2021 ... But this agency is not transferring that amount in to my account even countless follow up..forced to complaint in cyber/police...have written to all their I'd but no response... Seems fake/fraud people...

Hello sir i have booked air india flight through flightxp with trip id[protected] on 16 feb 20. And flight was cancelled due to pandamic. Then i requested air india to cancel my tickets and refund my money soon. They told me to call flightxp and get your tickets cancelled from there and then you will get refund. Then from that day to till now i have written a number of mails for refund but till now i have not recieved my full refund amount....

Refund not initiated by AirIndia for more than 16 months. Inspite of my innumerable complaints, the only reply I get from flightxp is that the airlines has not initiated the refund and would be processed soon.
The process never takes place and what is the role and responsibility of flightxp here?
Why don't they act expediently to get my refund done instead of giving stereo type replies....

Dealing with Flightxp.com is a nightmare. They have been sitting on my refund from last 1 year. My trip ID[protected] was cancelled due to Covid last year. They lied to me about transferring refund in my bank account, which never came. They don't respond on emails, you cant reach out to them on phone too. God forbid, if you are stuck with these guys on refund, then you are on your own. I am fighting for my 17, 000/- and no matter what...

I have been requesting Flight XP for the refund but they still have not refunded. They are not even responding to our mails and phone calls. So, request you to look into this and do the needful.

We have raised refund request for refund for PNR/Reference number JBHGMJ travel date 19th March 2020 from New Delhi to Hyderabad. The flight did not operate due to pandemic and lockdown.
It is disappointing to see poor or no response from Flight XP in this regard. From past one year we have been waiting for the refund. We are fed up and now request you to refund the full amount and no alternative of booking tickets...

I was informed regarding processing of refund of Rs. 3, 691 for my Nagpur - New Delhi one-way booking (Trip ID[protected]. I was also informed that the refund will appear in my account in 3 to 12 working however evenafter passing of more than 30 days time it is not credited to my account. Please look into it....

(Trip id:[protected] i would like to get the following tickets date changed to sep 24th or sep 25th for both the passengers, deepika nigam and nimisha srivastava.

Please provide suitable schedules for the travel. Accordingly i can confirm on the date and time of travel. But definitely, it should be on or before the 25th of september.

Please advise at the earliest.

I had booked an air ticket for my daughterbangalore-delhi-bangalore for april27 and may 3rd. To attend my superannuation. But due to covid it did not take place. I had requested them to cancell the ticket and refund the amount. They have refunded the bangalore-delhi one. But not rtefunding the delhi-bangalore ticket,

Hi this is rantu borah i have booked (Trip id:[protected] a ticket from this platform quite long days ago. And the ticket didn't confirm as well as the refund didn't process. Flight is on 20th march and i m getting a massage on 19th that the flight ticket doesn't confirm. Before that a single msg or mail i didn't receive. What kind of pathetic and unethical service these people are provided god knows. Seriously is that fair??? I am filing...

While booking the air ticket of airindia at the site flightxp.com, the site showiing fare of business class instead of economy class which is required to be shown to the customers by default. Considering, the economy class i have booked the ticket. On receiving the message when it is seen that it is for business class, i am very surprised that, this is a major fault of the site technical wing & it is committed a fraud with the customersbr...

I booked a ticket with flight xp (Hyd - mum - hyd) on may 9th, 2018. The trip id was[protected], it was a indigo flight from hyd to mumbai and a jet airways flight from mumbai to hyderabad. I had to cancel the flight and i cancelled it from the airline indigo and for jet airways i contacted flight xp representative aman. Aman told me whatever the airline refunds will not be refunded to me because flight xp will charge convenience fee over...
