Manisha Prakash Karekar ordered Redminote 5pro play on 6 june 2018, with exchange of my redmi note5 according to terms and conditions of flipkart. My phone is in excellent working condition with no damage, no breakage nothing. The delivery boy denied and refused exchanging my phone samsung.
My request is to plz kindly exchange my product since there is no problem.
U WASTED MY TIME, I am highly dissapointed with flipkart service. If this issue is not resolved, i think i will never use flipkart, and will tell more not to use this fake shopping site.
