[Resolved] Flipcart — 5 piece pillow set defected | |||||
Dear Sir I have purchased 5pillow pies from flipcart.on 5 jan2019.amount Rs 449.my order no. OD[protected].which delivered on 8 jan2019.packet was not sealed. Delivery boy is very rude. He is doing misbehave when delivered packet of 5 pillow set. On that time I have return product. He is not carry my return product. Many times I register my complain in flipcart for return pillow product.but again and again cancelled.i want solution. Mar 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 28, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has come up stating he has issues with received product and WM was misbehaving, hence we have contacted customer and provided the refund and closing the case.
