I order redmi note 7 pro nebula red 4gb ram on 3rd october and its actual delivery date given by flipcart is 13th october but its 7th november and its not came.. When i call custometer care that time executive always said to me u reciive your order today at 3pm like that.. Your product is in nearest hub and when i am going to my nearest hub ecomexpress that time they people said that u wait for some time i will check and after that they tell to me at 19th october delivery boy go for out for delivery but due to some reason your order is not in your hand after next day delivery boy leave their job thats why iam unable to find your product but definatly i will deliverd your product within 24hr but still not came.. Customer care executive always tell to me our team is working on your issue they give resolution to u next day like that every day when i call but still no one can give me resolution. And now when i request for cancellation that time executive tell me please wait for next 24hr.
