Sir, Ref.my complaint in the matter vis-a-vis discussion held with Mr.Manoj B. of Flipcart : I would like to draw kind attention of all concerned that despite your decision of refund, the damaged product (Euroline 3.2 Ltr, Rice Cooker) has not been taken back by the EKART Team.
Followed a SMS(7.11.14), a formal visit has been conducted by ECART representative (Khsitiz Kr.Shukla) on Nov.7, 2014 and he did not pick the Rice Cooker saying that it would be collected by their vehicle pick up.
But instead a SMS massage sent by EKART on the same day stating (Quote)"We regret to inform that your shipment could not be picked up due to missing contents.We will contact you shortly"(Unquote).
Kindly let me know when the matter will be resolved ?
I am sorry to say neither Flipcart management did refund (As assured by Kshitiz of EKART) the price of the product nor monitored the situation.Is it the way to deal ?
