Flipdeals — wrong product delivered

I have ordered a mobile on this website but they send me some other product which is not the same i have ordered.
I immediately mailed them to return my order for which i have got no revert from their end.
i have attached the pics the product i have recieved and the product i have ordered is also mentioned on the bill, product is different from what they have send
