[Resolved]  Flipkart — 1 rs complete protection plan application crashed out during big billions day 30th sept 2019 flash sale of realme xt phone

I have bought realme xt flagship phone along with 1 rs complete protection plan offer on “thebigbilliondays” mobile sale on 30th september 2019 in the mid night 12.27am
There was 1 rs complete protection plan offer was crashed out during this flash sale due to lot o[censored]sers were logged in to purchase the same and same has been confirmed by flipkart technical team and accepted this thing by flipkart floor managers, technical backend team and concern team as well.

I was raised the case against this issue as i was tried during flash sale at 12.02 am to click on add button of 1 rs complete protection plan offer but that button was grayed out and directly enabled "buy now" option and if you clicked on buy now button link was redirected to payment option without adding 1rs complete protection plan to that order. So i was cancel this request and tried for one more attempt to avail that offer but unfortunately i was went into the waiting list of 25 minute again the same thing was happened once you clicked on buy now option it is redirected to payment option without adding 1rs complete protection plan and asked me to complete this payment within 19 minutes, so again canceling this request i was proceed with payment without 1rs complete protection plan as there was issue of grayed out for this 1rs offer add button due to 1rs complete protection plan application was crashed out during flash sale due to lot of customers were logged in and tried to avail same offer.

So on same day i was contacted to customer care, initially they were not accepting this case not willing to raise incident against this issue.
On continuous follow-up their technical team confirmed and accepted that there was 1rs complete protection plan offer application was crashed out during that flash sale and then they have raised complaint.
I have shared my concern of this case with around 20 to 30 flipkart representatives and sr. Managers and then floor managers (Mohit, imran, manish, harish, diwan, jyoti pandey, subrato, alex, pritesh, nagma) taking follow-up with them since issue of first day. Each and every floor manager level 2 assured and committed me that we will come with solution and they have been raised my concern to respective team and will provide solution on priority already their flipkart technical/backend/concern team is working on this issue since last 12 days without any proper solution. They have already extended the timelines more than 6 times.
I was continuously telling to those guys to provide me that offer before deliver this item to me but they don’t provide till todays date.
Now after completing period of return policy for this item floor managers giving call me and saying we can’t able to give you this offer even this issue was arises from flipkart application site so ownership should take by flipkart itself.
Today floor manager escalation head nagma offered me for 400rs in my cart but they cannot provide complete protection plan. I was deny for the same as i don’t want any single rupee from flipkart i want protection plan for my realme xt 18000 flagship phone.
Need to provide the same in alternate way or compensation with providing current protection plan for my placed order of realme xt mobile from flipkart site.

Hope being ceo is the highest-ranking executive and most important person in a company who has the power and authority to make major corporate decisions and having close eye on their services which are hampering their business by treating valued customer in this poor manner service and playing blame game or cheat game with customer who having bonding more than 9 years with flipkart by their floor managers, backend team and technical team. Rather flipkart team should provide solution within 24 hours to this escalated case instead of already taken 13 days without providing solution for flipkart owned 1 rs complete protection plan offer application crashed out issue.
