Flipkart — 15 Pack DNV Poppy Seeds Not Delivered Missing and Refund Refused

I ordered Grocery Through flipkart Via Big billion day sell, Ordered total 18 Products amount of 2806 and Paid full amount via Cash.
While i opened basket i got only 3 Products there are 15 Quantity DNV Poppy Seeds missing.However i paid full amount. They only delivered 3 item Instead of 18 item.
I have raised return request using options item was missing flipkart Without any call directly Rejected my Refund request.

Dear Respected consumer support team i Humbly requesting here i belong a nuclear family this type of loss really shocked me and heart as soon as refunded my money take action against flipkart to get this right.

Please refunded my 15 pack missing unit balance.
