[Resolved] Flipkart — a product not delivered

I have ordered acer predator helios 300 laptop 2 days back and it was assured by them that it will be delivered by today. But they still haven't shipped the item yet and they aren't giving any response. I have tried their customer care number and i have even put up a series of tweets in Twitter tagging them and also I've read this has happened to a lot of people. Please resolve this matter.
