[Resolved] Flipkart — a small product but the unethical nature of the business. | |||||
I had been a long time customer and tried to order a few items on the so called "big billion days" sale. The sale is perhaps meant to cheat & harrass the customer. I waited for 11 days for the product to be delivered and took my precious time out of busy schedules to pre-emtively call the delivery agent. The customer executives argue & do not believe that the delivery agent never called me for delivery and they "cancel" the product. I believe if the products on the sale are not in stock, customers can be "fooled", "untrusted" & "cheated" with. I have disabled my flipkart account and wish to never deal with them again. I will love to pay more to amazon for products because they really "do care" about the customer and are "professional". Was this information helpful? | |||||
