[Resolved] Flipkart — about lenovo laptop problems

I have purchased lenovo ideapad 320 (Model 80xv)
There have some problems during setup
I have tried windows 7 professional 64 bit and 32bit also
Wondows 10 professional 64 bit and 32 bit also
Touchpad doesn't work
Cant be detected properly
If i have tried to call flipkart they says me out tech support have call u and visit to troubleshoot but all technician called me from company's number and said me to install teamviewer to take action
But how can i do install the teamviewer app without mouse support
Lenovo had fraud with all customers
And flipkart also support him...

Customer was facing software issues with the product.
The relevant troubleshooting steps were provided and the issue was resolved. However, customer started facing other issues . As per the update, advised the customer to contact the authorized service center as the product has 1 year onsite warranty.
