[Resolved]  Flipkart — ac installation - very poor, unresponsive customer service

We bought carrier ac from flipkart; to be installed on 29/05/19; customer care flipkart does not respond; they say they will reply by 04/06/19; only reply, no action; they say apologies, sorry 100 times; they are not sending installation personnnel; they are refusing to cancel the order also; very poor, unresponsive, customer service; they just dont care for customer

Now i am worried; will they install at all, i see one complaint that they did not install for 3 months; i bought urgently for summer; will flipkart let me down so badly after i pay rs 39999/ plus installation charges already
