Flipkart — account blocked by flipkart illegal way | |||
I am writing this complaint because i am very fade up with flipkart customer service experience. I have ordered 5 items from flipkart on 11 the oct, 2018 and next day i received a message my order has been cancelled from the seller end. After receive the message i called your customer service team immediately, they informed me due the high volume of the order of those item seller has cancelled the order. Please place the order once it will comeback in stock. I waited for few hours turned on option notify me. Once the order came back in stock, i placed the order once again. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer service team once again, they asked me to place the order once again after one day. Again i placed the order once again on next day. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer support team once again, the executive asked me to place the order after few hours and also he will update about this issue on the seller community page. So i waited for 12 hrs and once again i placed the order. Again same thing happen with me. Again i called flipkart customer support team and the person escalated the issue and provide me the case number: in[protected]. I was waiting for the response. On 18th oct i received an email that my account has been blocked after investigation that the items i have purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. I never understand the matrix of the investigation of your executive, if i am purchasing for selling purpose then i placed the order on a bulk amount not for one quantity and the item was for my recently ordered iphone 6s from flipkart and for my another two phone lenovo vibe k6 power and lenovo vibe k5. Once my account was blocked by your concern team, i called flipkart pathetic customer service team immediately. Person transferred the call to the back end team and your back end executive asked me response the same email and who investigate on the issue she will response back within 24-48 hrs and after that i never received response from flipkart concern team. Also, i called them 2-3 times to check the progress but i received same answer wait for 24-48 hrs. I am requesting you please resolve this issue as fast as possible and re-enable my account. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. | |||
