Flipkart — account blocked by flipkart without reason | |||
My account with flipkart is blocked by flipkart and after giving so many calls to customer care also i am not able to login to my account. My registered flipkart mobile number is [protected] and registered flipkart email id is - [protected]@gmail.com. I have received an email where it was written that due to large numbers of returns this account is blocked but as i said many times to customer care that i have not canceled large number of returns as all are canceled by sellers not by me and there is more than 1900 coins are there in my account which belongs to me so please refund that amount as soon as possible. When i was trying to redeem those points then my account was blocked as it seems it happens intentionally so that i can not use my coins. I have not received a single calls from filpkart to short out this issue all executives are just giving time of 48hrs again and again. There is also 58 rs pay later amount to be paid by me which i have used but due to not operational of this account i am not able to pay that amount and i have given call to customer care for the same and after that i am receiving calls and sms for payment and they have charged fine of rs 100 for the same which is not correct to charge as my account is blocked by flipkart and i have given call to customer care for the same. If flipkart want to block the account its upon them but please let me know the solid reason and give me the list of large number of returns done by me not by sellers. If they wants to block my account its ok but please ask them to refund the amount of rs, 4000 in form on coins or flipkart gift voucher so that i can use those on flipkart purchase as i have purchased so many items from flipkart for those coins which belongs to me. They have blocked my account when i was trying to redeem my coins not for high number of returns as my purchase history is with them and if they can proff high number of returns i will not ask to open my account. If they are expecting returns then what is the issue and if the can show the list of returns i will really will thankful as there customer care executive were agreed that there is no high number of returns from ur end so they have exclated the issue many times but those who are on higher post are intensionlly blocked my account so that i ca not redeem my coins.
