The company doesn't have any ethics or they do not have any transparency as the customer support executive who contacted me today has no brain he just says high number of returns and cannot take the orders back that's what they say evey time they contact me .which is not a awful thing here .

Updated by [email protected] The flipkart has been looting the customers with their hidden policies my refunds are not processed against the returns I have made . this is too ridiculous o flipkart part . even after raising somany compliants they least bothered about responding to customer and give resolution for the same . The staff working with flipkart are no less than robots they are just instructed to speak ina script which they are supposed to speak I haven't received my refund in tregards to that when ever I tried contacting them they are least bothered to answer my query . close to 4627 blocked by flipkart here is te breakup for the same 1399+526+2749 thses are the refunds flipkart is supposed to be processed and it is not processed yet .

I told them the product is picked up from my place and have not received any refund . still they repeat the same thing again n again which is too embarrassing from a brand like flipkart . my issue is not resolved yet am supposed to receive refund for couple of items .
