[Resolved] Flipkart — account deactivated for looting money | |
I was a Flipkart plus customer from the beginning and was a frequent shopper. Recently bought 4 items on sale starting day and all the orders were shipped on the next day morning, same day evening i tried checking the status and was unable to login as the account was deactivated. After sometime out of 4 orders 3 was cancelled by Flipkart and got a message that they have refunded the amount and it will credit by on or before May 7th. I tried reaching customer care and they are not giving any Reason and they told that it is informed to the technical team and it will take 2 full working days to check the technical issue ( for reactivate a login) . We are living in 20th century and Flipkart still need 48 hours to resolve a technical glitch. More than 10 times i called for knowing the reason but same copy paste answer. As i haven't received the refund yet, i tried reaching them several times and no solution. Out of 4 orders Flipkart cancelled 3 only and the 4th one i received today and the same is a damaged item. Now iam not able to return the same as the account is deactivated. Almost 750+ rs was there in Flipkart account + around 4000 rs (paid for the other 3 products) i lost. No one is giving a proper response about the deactivation reason. Today i got a mail that account is blacklisted ( they haven't mentioned the reason and iam also surprised seeing that) for an order issue( attaching mail screenshot) . I replied them that iam fine with the deactivation and i need my money back, but getting same copy paste reply and they are not giving proper response on the money i paid. Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that his account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as our systems have detected that customer has been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apology, his account is blocked. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
