[Resolved]  Flipkart — account deactivation on complaining about order cancellation

I am a regular user of flipkart and i purchases most of my products from flipkart too, but in last three days my experience o[censored]sing flipkart services was totally shocking.I ordered a mobile cover for my redmi note 5 pro which was cancelled after 3 days of being shipped and i needed that product, so i complaint flipkart regarding the cancellation. After that they told me that there was some seller issue and after my complaint they told the reason to be bulk order from my account.But this was not the end i told them there was no bulk order from my account, so they raised the complaint and after 2 days i got a mail from flipkart saying that i ordered products from them for reselling so they blocked my account. I was shocked from this incident as all the products which i ordered before the deactivation was for my personal use.why will i resell them if i need it for my own use and how can they say i am reselling those products.Plz solve this issue as there was also flipkart plus benefits in that account.

Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Tell me one thing why my account was unblocked for 4 days.. Then again it was blocked... Is this the way to deal with ur premium nd regular customer
