Flipkart — account got blocked. need to unblock | |
Hi, My account has been blocked by Flipkart by giving reasons - buying items not intended for personal use. Last few months has been family time for me, where I have been gifting items to my close relatives including my parents and wife. I wasn’t aware of Flipkart policy on limit of purchase. I will take care of this going forward and will keep my purchase limit to minimum possible. But at the same time I am hurt that buying gifts for my family lead to being blocked by Flipkart. So I request them to consider this as one off scenario for last few months and reopen my account. But they are giving fake promises. Please help me to open my account.
