[Resolved] Flipkart — acer predator helios 300 i5 | |||||
I bought an acer predator helios 300 laptop from flipkart on 8th december 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12th december. The laptop is under flipkart assured and now it shows that the product is "undelivered due to damaged". I bought it for 58, 390 (Excluding emi). When i contacted the customer service (Total of 3 times within an hour) they asked me to cancel the order as it has been damaged during shipment, but now the product's price is around rs. 1l. I constantly asked them to change the laptop and give me another one which is not damaged, but they kept on saying that i have to cancel the order and have no other choice, even though i don't have any fault, why should i cancel the order. Since it is under flipkart assured, i should be able to get the product which i asked for in the given time. I request any help or assistance i can get regarding this. Thanks in advance. Ps. Dec 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund has been promised. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 12, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Dec 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because order was not delivered. We interacted with the customer and informed him that the shipment was damage in transit because of that it was not delivered. Closing the complaint from our end.
