[Resolved]  Flipkart — adidas sandals

I have ordered adidas sandals (Grey) color on 2nd nov 2019 through my flipkart app in my phone. I have made a payment as well. At the time of order, the estimated delivery date showed as 9th nov 2019. I keep checking the order status in my app. After 5th nov 2019 the status was not changed and its still showing as out for delivery. Then i called to flipkart customer care and they said they tried to deliver the product on 6th nov 2019 but i was not in reach. Hence the product returned back and stated as undelivered. Which is completely wrong and i never got such calls from flipkart on the day. I called them on 10th nov 2019 and i defended with them but they said they would take my complaint and will resolve it on or before 14th nov 2019. Then i called again and check the status on 12th nov 2019 again they said they would take my complain and resolve it on or before 15th nov 2019. I called them today (15th nov 2019) again and this time they have extended the date to 20th nov 2019. I have all their call recordings and status emails/texts.in my 2nd attempt (12th nov 2019) i have requested them to cancel my order and refund my money but they refused to do so and requested to wait until 15th nov 2019. Its really frustrating.
