[Resolved] Flipkart — air cooler

Problem:seller cancellation of product
1. Lost that offer on that product, i purchased
2. 10 to 15 days my money are with you
My early shocking is, flip cart did not take my confirmation about cancellation and refund. They just mail me regarding cancellation and refund status. I don't know the value you people are giving to consumers.

Customer raised a complaint regarding the order being cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed the order was cancelled by the seller. Requested customer to place a fresh order. Closing the complaint from our end.
