[Resolved] Flipkart — amount debited but order didn't placed | |||
I ordered a headphone filled all details also amount has been deducted from my paytm bank account but order didn't placed already 7 days passed but no refund has been initiated I called my paytm customer care they said the payment has been received by the merchant they also gave me a reference no. Which they said is a proof of the transaction that was made now i want my money back. I have a trust on flipkart and after this i'm not going to say that now i don't trust anymore cause i know sometimes mistakes happen by anyone. I had tried to order a body message on 2nd of April 2019.I had made payment through my SBI net banking, Amount debited from my account ₹1079 but order didn't get place.
I had also spoken on flipkart toll free customer executive but issue even to resolved.
Kindly refund my money.
