[Resolved] Flipkart — amount debited from bank but order is not placed | |
I was ordering a pen drive, a watch and a trimmer yesterday[protected]. I then ordered through debit card o[censored]nion bank of india. After i paid the amount, i received a message that the amount is debited. But the order is not placed. I send an email to flip cart and i got no response. What should i do? I had tried to connect with the toll free number but it is not responding. I was an amazon customer earlier as flip cart is having good offers i turned to flip cart but the situation is very bad. My Order ID:OD[protected] .I bought and received Almond 500 gms pack.After delivery I have to open a parcel am very shock .The pack already opened inside a parcel and missing around 200 gms.Please take action to corresponding delivery person and return my order also.
