[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted but order is not complete | |||||
I order 2 pvc wall sticker and a bajaj 3l geyser last night and paid amount using phonepe app. The amount of ₹2397 has been deducted but on the phonepe app it showing transactions failed and on the flipkart app nothing is on my order menu. I talked to flipkart customer care at night and they said that order will confirm within 8 hour and then i checked at morning but there was nothing on my order menu. Then i again talked customer care and they said that transaction is cancelled from bank end wait for 8 days the amount will refund. It’s totally unsatisfying. Was this information helpful? | |||||
