Flipkart — amount deducted but order not placed and no refund | |||
I placed an order on 19th jan 2020 on flipkart of inr 1695, amount deducted from my paytm payment bank account but flipkart claims that they did not receive even though my bank - paytm payment bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with upi reference no.[protected]... If ref no. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to flipkart. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can flipkart cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back.
