[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted while placing an order but order not placed

I was trying to place an order on 2nd april 2019.I selected the payment mode as net banking.the amount got deducted from my account but order was not placed. I complained to your customer care .they asked me to call bank.I called the bank but they said the amount has been transferred to merchant.but your customer care are saying no amount has been recieved.I have transaction Id also.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had conversation with customer on [protected] regarding refund of Rs.2078/- and as per the update, seller has refunded amount of Rs.2078.00/- back to customer payment source on[protected] and the same will get reflected in customer account by 08 business days.
