Flipkart And Onida — television set not functioning post purchase of 45 days | |||||
I had purchased onida tv set from flip cart which was delivered to me on 30th october 2017, this was a replacement product for my earlier purchase of the same tv which was delivered faulty. I was under impression that onida is an esteemed brand and they provide durable appliances as i m also using onida ac from several years but never faced a single problem till date. But post purchasing this tv my assumptions have proven terebally wrong because it was first delivered a faulty unit and post this the replaced tv merely functioned for 45 days and less. Now onida brand has turned a nightmare for me and the reason behind for the same is built quality is third class and service is even pathetic, i was astonished to hear from technician that there is a technical fault with the circuit within and the same will take more then 25 days the same thing was updated me by the telephone executive. This is finicky that the product malfunctions less then 45 days and it will take over a month to get the same rectified, it's a questionable product and entire organization a technological advanced company like onida answers in such a foolish and indigestible statements. I hereby request onida to get the entire product or refund the entire amount just if the organization doesn't want to behave shameless manner, and if the organization is concerned about the reputation in real sense the prompt action will be taken on priority as my investments are getting waste which i m not at all happy about. Despite of several calls to flipcart and onida consumer care there is no seviour action taken till date no replies for email sent to them on their consumer complaint mail ids. Flipcart to is 100% equally guilty as they offer cheap products to their consumers and no support at all in any case. Onida has no dignity to revert back to rectify complaints they deserve to shut down the organisation as they only fool people and waste their money.
