We had purchased an apple AirPods 2nd generation in October 2021, which stopped working after 6 months, I visited apple care to get the repair service as the product is in warranty and the warranty is going to lapse in October 2022, but when apple care validated the invoice which was provided by Flipkart, it didn't have any purchase date updated in the system, so AppleCare suggested to ask the reseller(Flipkart) to update the purchase date which will automatically reflect in their system so that I'll be able to get the service. from last one month, i had been engaged with multiple calls and requested Flipkart to update the date, They are playing with me, giving multiple dates saying our team will get back to you with an update. Please take some disciplinary action against Flipkart for selling fake products and playing with customer's hard-earned money Was this information helpful? |
