I ordered an ipad 2018 128gb in a sale on flipkart.com I paid rs.27649 After 48 hours flipkart cancels the order without any prior notification saying the seller cannot deliver it and provides me with ridiculous replies. I was promised that i would get it, but i did not. Even though the seller has ipads for sale he would'nt deliver. The seller name is prime trading Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the seller as per seller policy. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
