Flipkart — Arrogant handling by flipkart cs team

Here am sharing my bitter experience with flipkart, to create awareness about the fraudulent works done by total flipkart team.

Order od[protected] this order was made on 12th august @9.40am. When i place this order i was forced to select the scheduled delivery of august 17th 8.00am to 12.00pm slot. After placing the order i received a mail stating that i will be receiving my washing machine on 17th aug. But after 20 hours i received a mail from same flipkart team that my delivery schedule was changed to 19th aug.

To know the reason i called cs team on 13th aug, an executive named shrikanth - he committed to deliver the product on 17th aug itself and rescheduled my delivery slot. Ref no: in[protected]. So as a buyer i was eagerly waiting to receive my product to receive. But no improvements in my order status till 16th of aug.

So again i have contacted cs team, and i was treated like a slave and i was forced to select the delivery slot of 21st august 2016 at 8.00am to 12.00pm. Again the floor supervisor ms. Pooja committed that in the next one hour i would be receiving a mail about "seller has approved your item". But nothing was received as committed.

Today - 17th of aug till 9.30 am i did not receive any such mails, so obviously i called the flipkart (It is not flipkart - we can better mention flopkart, fraudkart, etc) cs team. I was treated in a very arrogant manner by ms. Jothy - cs executive and mr. Raghul - (He mentioned his designation as sr. Executive, escalation, floor incharge). These two persons especially mr. Raghul has no manner to ask apologies for their continuous mistakes and wrong commitments. He spoke with me in a very rude way and provided a very lethargic answers.

After this again the delivery schedule slot was changed to 12.00pm to 4.00pm on 21st august without even informing me by the flipkart team. I really don't know when i will be receiving my product, whether i will be receiving or not. I paid 11k+ for the product. My money is hold by flipkart team for the past 5 days without any improvement on my order.

Atlast the whole flipkart team wants - forces (It is a correct word) customers not to ask any questions, customers should accept whatever the mistakes happened from flipkart team.
No update till now even after an escalation to cs team head - [protected]@flipkart.com.

My mail is to create awareness amongst online buyers, not to purchase anything with this flipkart fraud site, better you can choose other online sites or direct stores instead of getting this kind of worst services. Flipkart must be banned by online e-commerce site regulatory authority. Searching for that, i will surely proceed this in a legal way.

My complaints against flipkart team:

1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while place the order.
2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from customer.
3. Customer was treated in an arrogant way by flipkart executives.

Very poor service i had ordered sony xperia xa ultra, i got the message it will be delievered by 11 august, 2016 yet i did'nt get ..my order ...how much time u will take if my ordered is dispatch so why i am not getting on time, , , , , pls dont do fake promise, , , , , i am cancelling my order am not satisfy with your service.
There has been increasing cases of people being defrauded in one way or another by flipkart. I was subject to one. I paid for Redmi Note 4 on[protected] and paid online Rs. 12, 999/- through Net Banking and they delivered me an empty box. I escalated my issue with the flipkart customer service several times but they just extend their apologies and sometimes even made lame excuses like their computer is not working or something along those lines. How pathetic it is for a company aspring to complete with Amazon to install systems that does not work properly. Be careful when you are dealing with Flipkart. I have not received any solution as to my problem yet. IT has been more than a month. They are behaving like "you are lucky that you to atleast got an empty box, there are many others who didn't actually get anything after having spent thousands. Be happy with what you have."

From my experience I could easily tell you that they don't care about how hard you worked to earn your money, all they care about is their profits. And because these are big conglomerates they somehow come out of the legal consequences neatly.

It is completely Rude and No use customer support.
I bought a phone from FlipKart on 27th Oct 2017. it is Redmi Note 4 64Gb for Rs 10999.
I used phone for 2 days and found the issue in communication with others. Their might have some issue with the mike etc. Therefore I called Customer support and asked for a replacement but they smarty involve their Third party hire, illiterates Technical support. They do nothing but reset your phone for any issue.
The Technician came and I asked him not to reset the phone as I had already done it twice before. He listened nothing but did what he was hired for- (befool customer). he even did not check the issue after resetting phone and went back saying, "The phone will work perfectly fine now."
I called customer support again as Flipkart go by their damn called technician word rather than customers. I mean it is a crime or buy tensions as product from Fk (Flipkart). Luckily somebody tried to help me and re-arranged everything. I was excited to get the phone replacement this time but they again arranged their Technical visit. I am not sure whether they will return my product or not but I will assure you that the Fk business will end soon for such a PATHETIC support.
It does not end here when I escalated this issue to the so called Manager Surender and next escalation to Mr. XYZ, he kept harping on the same String to arrange the same technician visit. And I told him that I had the word with Technician before calling him and he wanted to reset the phone. he said resetting phone will fix Manufacturing issue too. I am an engineer and I know how it works. so finally it seems as if they pretend to return the phone but they are actually not going to make it happen.

Hi Friends I have ordered my mobile on 23oct. But my order was not delivered as promised by Flipkart team.
Ordered was cancelled saying no response from customer.

Again I reordered Moto G 4+ on 3Nov my order was delivered on 9Nov but the product was used mobile phone and their were damages on it.
Within 30min from time of delivery I placed for return. Mr Chaitanya floor supervisor promised me that my order will be replaced hand to hand by 17Nov but I did not receive and call from FK tem.

Again I called multiple times to CS team they put me on long hold and disconnected my call.

I requested for refund of money on 17Nov CS team told not possible will again deliver my product by 24Nov not sure what will happen this time.

Pls don't buy and product from Flipkart.
Fake promise and fraud businwss.

I am writing this in proper anguish and unfaithfulness in flipkart regarding my last order (OD[protected] which has been out for delivery since 17th May, 2018.

You and your delivery guys are making fun out of me as they never called me ever once for delivery and always update the status as the address incomplete. Mind you that my office zone has dedicated parcel zone for both Amazon and your lowgrade flipkart parcel service.

I have to wait daily extra 2 hours in office past my office hours just to receive the product or a simple call from your delivery.
Called CUSTOMER CARE a thousand time and got that lame ### assurance that they are working on it.

Let me know if you are able to do something about it Or I should cancel this order and close my connection with your pathetic and cumbersome services.

Actually I did purchased a MuscleBlaze super gainer XXL mass/weight gainer 3Kg worth of Rs.1679, which is ordered on 21st Jan 2020 and delivered on 25th Jan 2020. I found different container full filled with wheat flour (Muscle Blaze High Protein Gainer 1Kg) in a seal packed parcel.
I already requested to flipkart team on 27/01/2020 for the refund/replacement of this product and they gave me date of 28/01/2020 for pickup the wrong product, but still they are not solving my problem.
This is my very #Worst experience by Flipkart, because after time taken of more than 1 month flipkart is not providing me justice full resolution.
After face this #irritating problem I will not recommend the use of flipkart to my friends and relatives.
