[Resolved] Flipkart — as per the policy they are not allowing me to return the product!! | |||||
Regarding order #OD[protected] item Swipe Elite 4G (Gold, 8 GB) (1 GB RAM)// the product was not exactly as per the description regarding the features of cameras and video quality as per the specification resolution is 1280 x 720 which is barely true/// 1280 x 720 resolution not have such bad video quality// regarding battery and heating// it is giving me hard time//// when I run video for 20-30 minutes it will give heat i can IRON my shirts lol/// if the phone blast because of heat and all who will bear since this all incident is going on now a days/// I requested for the return but the return request was not accepted by FLIPKART giving me [censored] reason of visiting service center and all///// yesterday only phone was delivered as per the policy I should return with in 7 days// it is not even 7 days/// PLEASE HELP ME TO RETURN because I am not satisfied with the product with the valid reason it is my right to return the product and get my refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
