[Resolved] Flipkart — asics shoe size 9 | |
I ordered one pair of asics shoe from flipkart. I got the product but when i tried that it was smaller to wear. So i tried to file exchange request in app but it didn't proceed forward due to some technical reason. I called customer care they also failed saying that due to some technical problem we cannot process the request. I called him 13 times and all the time they said the same thing. Now i am tired of calling customer care and i am done with flipkart application and website system. I have already wasted 20 days and i am soon approaching my last day of return policy. I am left with no choice choice now i can't wear the shoe at the same time unble to exchange also. Was this information helpful? | |

The seller has initiated refunded ₹ 3215 on 17th Nov and it will be credited to your debit card on or before 27 Nov as per standard banking procedures. You may contact the debit customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card to know your refund status. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
