Flipkart — asus mobile not delivered from 16 days

Dear sir, I was order asus mobile on 25.10.14 but till there is no delivery.. I tracking also no details... this too much delay.. I have compliant at customer care around 5 times... but all are telling to wait again and again... they are telling same from last one week.. I feel this too much delay and very bad service..
