Flipkart — asus rog2

I have places an order for asus rog 2 on 3rd of october till now its showing that the seller is processing the order. And when i call the customer care on flipkart their rsspimnce is not satisfying and they are saying the same thing that they have no data about it. And i want it to be resolved as soon as possible it's been 10 days and no improvement for my product
