[Resolved] Flipkart — asus zenfone max pro m1-replacement request not processed | |||
I have ordered an Asus Zenfone Max pro M1 on flipkart with order id OD[protected]. I found out that the display was faulty and raised request about this. Not knowing initially that it was the screen, I said the problem is the phone was dead or a battery issue. When it worked again I realised the issue was the screen I raised the request again. Now without the technician visit, they have cancelled all my replacement requests. Was this information helpful? | |||
