[Resolved] Flipkart — asus zenfone max pro m1 selling with wrong information

Sir a flipkart seller named konde products and services private limited cheated me via flash sell event
According to flash sell banner they showed a phone with 16+5 mp camera and 16mp front camera but after placing successfully order they changed my order without informing me to a degraded level phone having camera configuration of 13+5mp and 8mp front camera.
In this phone the camera quality is very bad so i requested a refund /replace with the actual price.
On this request the flipkart costomer executive said they are unable to replace so they will refund money and initiate the pick up in next days.
But next day i called to customer care and they said return is rejected. Daily they are saying that they will provide resolution on or before next day but this is the wording i got daily with no results.
After long term chatting with flipkart executive i felt they are only want to disturb me and not want to refund my money.
The flipkart shown that the seller is asus
So i called to asus company to return the product but asus company said this is a flipkart seller so they can't help.
Flipkart is selling this product now from a different seller so nobody is hearing my voice.
The truth of tech visit is they send people having not it knowledge and if 1% chance of tech visit to accept the problem
Flipkart neglect it and cancel the return request in most cases. (You can see this on product page reviw and facebook fan page where thousands of costumers have same problem)
From the delivery date i tried my best to return this fraud seller product. But daily they recieve call and hold me.
Daily 5 to seven hours calling changed my patience and now i want to file a case of fraud by the company flipkart.
They after five days of continuous chat said to tech visit by seller which is not want to return the defective degraded product.
Now flipkart blocked me to send chat call or email to them and thereby i am calling with a different number (They now connected this number to account from which order is placed and deleted order details from [protected] [protected]@gmail.com account.
Please help me returning this item and my hard incomed money.
